Capitan Fanegas Rioja La Union 2021 Crljenak Kastelanski Aging: The beginning of CalleOrganically farmed blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano (25 years on average) in red white clay and sandy soils. 850 meters above sea level. Hand harvested. Destemmed manually, gravity fed into concrete tank for fermentation. The wine rests in old French oak for 12 months then rests in bottle for 6 months before release.
